This diet is fed alongside a shared salad recipe.

    Published August 23, 2026.

    Recipe

    • 2 cups warm water
    • ¾ cup raw unfiltered honey
    • 1 tablespoon bee pollen
    • 1 cup green juice (e.g., Odwalla, Knudsen, Bolthouse)
    • ¼ cup Wombaroo High Protein Supplement (HPS)
    • 3 eggs (scrambled)

    Feeding

    For each glider:

    • 1.5 teaspoons of GOHPW mixture
    • 1 tablespoon diced fruits
    • 1 tablespoon diced vegetables

Pair with one of the salad mixes below (24g/2 tablespoons per glider, typically 1 tbsp vegetables + 1 tbsp fruits).

    Preparation

    1. Cook Eggs: Scramble the eggs and set aside.
    1. Mix Honey and Water: In a medium bowl, dissolve honey in warm water. Add Wombaroo HPS and mix well.
    1. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine scrambled eggs, bee pollen, and ¼ cup of the Wombaroo mixture from step 2. Blend for approximately 2 minutes.
    1. Add Remaining Ingredients: Add the remaining honey and Wombaroo mixture, along with the green juice, to the blender. Blend for an additional 3 minutes until smooth.
    1. Freeze Mixture: Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe bowl with an airtight lid and freeze. The mixture will freeze to the consistency of ice cream.

    Salad Preparation

    1. Place a 2.5-gallon Rubbermaid freezer-safe container nearby, with the lid removed.
    2. Chop all fruits and vegetables into manageable pieces (gliders can handle larger pieces).
    3. Weigh the ingredients using a gram scale and add them to the container.
    4. Stir thoroughly with a large spoon to mix.
    5. Cover the container and freeze.
    6. After 2-3 hours, stir the mixture again to prevent clumping. Repeat this process during feeding time and again before bedtime.
    7. Once frozen, scoop out the appropriate serving size (24g per glider) as needed.
